Mr.Jihad, Are you saying for the record that Mr. Shurr, employed by Wellrich' never sold AZNT stock on behalf of Wellrich? Are you stating, for the record, that he NEVER shorted AZNT ? Why won't you respond to inquiries about the 'arbitration hearing' and 'judgement' against AZNT on Sept. 10th as claimed by Ms. Shell & Mr. Mitchell? I will be happy to address all your questions once you stop evading mine. RB

I asked him and just read what I feel is a reply to your questions. I'm satisfied with his answer. Are you? Now, sir, are you going to answer my questions concerning the arbitration hearing and judgement? I think you owe it to Ms. Shell and the others who have supported you on this thread to publicly clarify that there was indeed a "legitimate" hearing and that a judgement was issued in your favor. Further, it will help credibility for all your supporters for you to post these documents. I can understand to a small degree how Janice could have problems (although not this many) with obtaining these documents, getting them scanned and posted, but you sir should have no such problems. Hoping for some show of veracity, I remain, the Hogger
