Yep, thats what my dilemma was also initially ... the only other inference I can draw then, at this point is: since SRA was eyed by several other players also earlier, may be one of them will be forthcoming straight away to buy the ASND-unneeded SRA-parts (instead of ASND to have to do a push-oriented move to spin-off SRA's exogenous parts) ... that may be very bullish for both of these bed-partners!

I'll also keep an eye on the knot-equation divergence continually, as a substantial divergence will clearly indicate some other, higher counter offer on the table for SRA ... and then both of these will rally again strongly.

All imho.

regards to all,
-/Sonny.

Another inference could be: may be there are some knowledgeable bulls out there with money on the sidelines, who have already started enjoying the sweet LU fragrance coming from a distance, and in order to get more bang for the buck, they are entering via the low-priced SRA route! ... of course, this has to get arbitrageously balanced out at 0.75*ASND at the end of the day ... hey, come to think of it ... this way its letting us predict the ASND-price future, may be 5-minutes to an hour in advance, intra-day! :-)

cheers,
