The last time the FNTN site was down, word was that FNTN has no one maintaining the site on a daily bases. (FNTN is suppose to at some point, officially contract siemens with that resposiblity, as has been stated eariler.)

You don't have to take a site down every time you add something. That wouldn't be very modular now would it?

I'll give you an 'E' for effort. The FNTN site sure seems to go up and down a good bit. Stability issues?
