ROSELAND, N.J. -- Automatic Data Processing Inc. (AUD) reached an
agreement for its PC/Payroll for Windows software to be installed on
computers made by Compaq Computer Corp. (CPQ) and sold by CDW
Computer Centers Inc. (CDWC)

In a press release Monday, Automatic Data Processing said under the
agreement, CDW Computer Centers will deliver the software pre-loaded
on Compaq PC systems directly to Automatic Data Processing clients, who
can consult with CDW Computer to custom configure the systems.

Automatic Data Processing's PC/Payroll for Windows software provides
payroll and human resource management.

CDW Computer Centers id a direct marketer of computer products and
provides customized servicess and support to business and consumer
customers.

Automatic Data Processing provides computerized transaction processing,
data communications, software and information services.
