Now, we really need to find out if Silver was aware of what was waiting, if he did go. People meet many time in places that do not have anything to do with the reason they are meeting. Note that one meeting had already taken place. A second had been planned, and postponed. But naturally Sylver had NO IDEA that going to an arbitrator's office to meet lawyers from WellRich and the arbitrator himself would involve anything remotely related to actual arbitration. Of course not.

Now, we really need to find out if Silver was aware of what was waiting, if he did go. You apparently have not even bothered to read the AAA letter that Janice posted. If you had, you'd have noticed that the 9/3 hearing in question was the second scheduled meeting. You also would have read that the first meeting was scheduled for 8/4 but was postponed (because, according to WellRich, AZNT needed more time to prepare), which proves that AZNT was actively aware of when hearings were scheduled. If Sylver indeed walked into the second meeting cold, he has no one to blame but his handlers at AZNT, most probably his lawyer. - Jeff
