What R&D costs? According to Martinez, the commercial release of BriteLight is imminent? How does that relate to DARPA XRL money?

Falstaff, the brightlight technology will be rolled out as the company just put out in its share repurchase release. These initial brightlight products will use low/medium power brightlight modules. The $13 million Darpa contract with the government will allow JMAR to develop much higher power brightlight modules which are required for XRL. These higher power modules will increase the amount of commercial products that can produced as well. So, it only gets better from here. This cuts JMAR's requirements for R&D where it applies to pure brightlight development.
