Sorry Bill, what you say makes no sense at all. Starr's job was not that of censor, he had a responsibility to report all the facts. I'm sorry if the cigar stuff leaves a bad taste in your mouth...but it's all in your head. I think you focus your anger on Starr, but it's Clinton who really has caused you the grief. It's understandable you need to vent, however, try to remember Starr is only the bloodhound sent out by the hunters from both parties.

He had to put the Cigar Affair in the report or be attacked for "cover-up" by the White House coterie.

Certainly, they would have drawn the interference between Starr's former law firm dealing with tobacco companies (including cigar manufacturers) and violations of FDA regulations concerning the vaginal implant of cigars (which is potentially addictive).
