In answer to your questions, the new Monterrey facility is just about completed and anticipated to be fully operational sometime this month. Great White has decided to file, in conjunction with the Rights Plan,for a full Nasdaq NMS listing. This will occur sometime during the first part of the new year, after the SB-2 registration statementcovering the Rights Plan is declared "effective" by the SEC. In reference to the Form 10, the final securities attorney (the one handling the SB-2 filing) was given the final draft of the Form 10 for review prior to resubmission to the SEC last week. Hence, we are very close to seeing the Form 10 resubmitted to the SEC -- electronically this time -- and expect it to appear on the Edgar database shortly thereafter. Sales have been good this quarter. Not as strong as the second quarter, but should show nice growth from the third quarter last year. Great White has shipped a number of products, including a few of its larger Cruisers Yachts, and is on target to meet or exceed its earlier projections of 31-cents a share. And, off subject, I agree with you, it doesn't really matter who ends up on top (Sosa or McGwire), it has been a season of amazing performance and records.
