Hogger: Has anybody contacted the AAA to find out
who was the arbitrator that was there?
(If at all)?

If so what is that person's version?
I believe that one could get the real story from he/she.

Just a suggestion.

Glad to see you at least admit a pre-arranged arbitration hearing between WellRich, AZNT and the AAA took place. Now we are getting somewhere.

As for your doubts about whether Sylver attended and why, perhaps you might wish to call AZNT and ask him directly. Perhaps then you will have something meaningful to add to this discussion.

Nothing indicates he was at the FIRST meeting, and even if he was, there is nothing to indicate WHY he was at the second.

Okay, finally I understand. We're talking Waiting for Godot, right? It's all just....existentialist. GOT IT!! Appointments, meetings, arbitrators, meaningless, groups, food, drink, anger, faxes, phone calls, stoned birds, thinking, concluding, bmart, icabod [sic], influence, money, shares, 144 unregistered, big problem, pay, sue....
