Question--

Are not the directors supposed to represent the
shareholders [at least in theory]?

Perhaps we need a new thread to discuss possibly
changing the rules. What I have in mind is
something like an SEC rule that optioned stock
must be considered like 144 stock and not be sold
until a period after the option is exercised.
Alos must follow something like IRS wash sale
rules so a sale of any stock acquired by option
must be held for that period starting from the date
of the latest acquisition. Period could be one,
twoo, or ? years.
