I have no responsibility for what bmart, bgtit, or anyone else has claimed or implied. I will ABSOLUTELY NOT make any representation that would be regarded as negating any aspect of any exclusivity arrangement which favored AZNT. Further, with the picking of the nits that transpires on this thread, I do not feel I have any further necessity of even acknowledging those who have purpetrated outright misrepresentation upon all of us who own this stock, much less doing their DD for them. Further, I have made no evasions concerning this entire matter ... very differently from all of the hype posted concerning the great arbitration hearing and judgement that has now been shown to probably be nothing short of an outright fabrication by those aligned with Jihad, or one that was carried and presented as truth (when it absolutely was without merit) by those who had been duped by whomever instigated this cluster-flop. <<<You would call me a Chauvinist, which I take as a complement when taken within the context of finding the truth. In your "critique" here - #reply-5744850 - you "conveniently" omitted this portion of #reply-5743717 - I did get the info concerning the AZNT license. The three pages referenced by many does not include (IMHO) a SPECIFIC exclusivity clause that I can find, but if a person digs deeper, there is exclusivity for at least one product, possibly two depending on interpretation. To find this, one must get into additional documentation at the "State" level. This is a rather complicated arrangement, but can be ferreted out by some real digging. However, one will HAVE to have access to a person that is well versed in Portugese legal terminology. The documents I have here give AZNT a license to export/import through a sister entity in Brazil. That verifies that AZNT can bring in the products they claim. I look forward to your comments on this.

Round 'em up, Monsanto Man biz.yahoo.com - as I tripped across this article Lorne Greene backed by the Anita Kerr Singers came on CBC radio singing 'Home on the Range' - no kidding. 'Roundup' is a herbicide that kills all non-coniferous plants, including stevia ..... could there be a plot here ...... just kidding -g- Seriously - the stuff is greatly overused in the third world, and nobody knows the longterm effects. Pardon me if I don't keep up to date here, the thread has become kind of boring, the story really does start to look like 'RMIL II - The Sequel' or 'What If They Held A Short Squeeze And Nobody Came, Again?' .... but cheers, all ...... marcos
