i agree; as you can see we have had some expected retracement already today. ptsc opened at its 100 dma today and rose to .81, which is its 200 dma, from which it bounced back. ptsc needs to break and stay above its 200 dma and then it should move to $1.00 where it will meet more resistance...........bob
