s martin was simply indulging in a bit of irony and highlighting the fact that we can now verify these trademark issues on line. The fact that the Next Level clothing trademark is not owned by TVSI was communicated to the thread early on. See #reply-3400548 and #reply-3434780 and note that both interchanges involved s martin. Rest assured, s martin's memory on these matters is at least as good as mine (see my #reply-5734596). BTW if you haven't noticed his dd skills you haven't been following very closely.
