Are you sure want to do this? The following extraction from a news group posting says Intel purposely disabled dual processor capability on the Celeron.

"Nope...it (Celeron) has been SMP crippled by not connecting certain parts of the CPU to the slot pins. I have seen a person modify the things to work in SMP with some drill work and some wire but its only for the most hardcore."

I know you are very capable but if you haven't read the scuttlebutt on dual processing with Celerons I suggest you use Deja News to do a search on "Dual Processor Celeron" before proceeding any further.
