I asked Axion IR about JAWZ, here is their response. Bottom Line: Not even available to users until January 1999 . . . . . <<Implementation of the JAWZ encryption technology on Axion's network is proceeding. Axion is scheduled to make the technology available to its users by January of 1999. When the JAWZ security service is fully provisioned, Axion will be the only ISP to offer both its corporate and residential clients the most advanced and easy to use security solution in the North American market. We have had some interest in the JAWZ security offering but as we get closer to its launch with further details, we will actually begin marketing the service. >>

Hello everybody - I'm back. I wish that I could give you the sense of activity and excitement that I witnessed when I was in the Jaws office. They have a lot of things on the go which should result in contracts and revenues very soon. Jaws will be moving into new office space on November 1 which is a really good thing because they are quite cramped for space right now. They will also be opening a sales office in Santa Clara by early October. I am not going to say that there will be a Press Release tomorrow or next week or the week after that. The company has been burned in the past by suggesting that PRs were imminent - I think that they've learned their lesson. However, I do think that October will be a turning point for the company and that we will see the results of their past few months hard work. I'm sorry that I don't have more "earthshattering" news to tell you now. I know that it's hard to have patience as you watch the share price dribble downwards; but I believe that Jaws, the share price, bears no correlation to where Jaws, the company, is today. One thing that I can tell you; Form 10SB will be sent to the SEC in the next 2 weeks and it will be posted on the Jaws website. I'm sure that we will have some interesting discussions after that.
