How can you criticize him about doing an incomplete job when he hasn't finished yet? Filegate, Whitewatergate, Travelgate reports are still in the pipeline.

Starr has a lot of assets but look what the other side is throwing at him; all the resources of the Executive branch and half the media. (Half the media is an improvement. 7 months ago it was 90% of the media).

Since you have not seen the additional 2000 something pages of supporting evidence I think you are quite premature in saying his job was incomplete. bp
