Much earlier you posted about none of the defendants bothering to show up or have legal representation. They lossed by default. This is a very important point. Just to get this right, you are saying the clerk of court is your source regarding this information, and not the company. Mr. tonto, I have no idea what the company said on that issue, you may want to call them. Tough question to answer...
