Mr. Cooper, The TRO's were issued last thursday. The defendants were no-shows to the hearing and lost by default. The court is serving the TRO's to those who defaulted. The clerk of the court said this process can take up to 3 working days. That would mean, if the orders went out to be served friday,...it would encompass friday, Monday, & tuesday. I would expect covering to commence on Wednsday (if all were served properly). They must start buying back the 4MM+ shares "immediately" and return them to the TA. Once the 4MM+ shares have been returned to the TA, the company will instruct shareholders to call there shares into name for a 5% dividend, new cusip # and new tick. The float is in friendly hands. It will be called into name upon the company's instructions. RB
