15:41 DJS PaineWebber's Kerschner Raises Portfolio Stock Allocation To 67% 15:41 DJS PaineWebber's Kerschner Raises Portfolio Stock Allocation To 67% NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- PaineWebber Inc. equity strategist Edward Kerschner increased the stock component of his recommended portfolio to 67% from 65% and decreased the bond component to 19% from 21%. Kerschner's cash component remains at 14%, a PaineWebber spokeswoman said Monday. Kerschner reviews his asset allocation recommendation at the close of business each Thursday.
