In the past few weeks, President Clinton danced a jig with an unlit cigar clenched between his teeth to celebrate the dismissal of the Paula Jones sexual harrassment case blaa...blaa..What was he trying to say, I didn't inhale?....Baaa Baaaa...But because the media made so much of the fact that he was "caught" dancing in his hotel with an unlit cigar in his mouth, the negativity is implied. Of course, if President Clinton would only admit that he enjoys cigars, he wouldn't have to worry about getting caught.
