You make it sound like it's guaranteed, easy money to go long this stock. That's the problem with bottom fishing small caps like this that have been damaged and beaten down. They usually stay down and normally end up going lower. Look at CIEN, MANU, USWB, THNK, TLC, SYNT, VNTV to name a few. I would say its just as risky if not risky to purchase this stock at this point. One heavy down day in the market and LBOR is back at 12.
