Dear Investor,

Exciting new developments are in the news at Classic Golf Corp. (OTCBB: CSGC). As President, I would like to bring you up to date on our recent advances.

Our challenge is to position the Classic Series of professional tournaments so that it can capitalize on the ever-increasing demand for professional golf that exists throughout the United States.

The Company recently announced the acquisition of the World Champions of Golf Tournament (WCOG) of Spencer, Iowa. The WCOG was founded in 1992 and featured some of the great names in golf, including Sam Snead in previous years. The event has been traditionally held at the WigWam resort in Phoenix Arizona and the resort will continue as Host Resort as the event is incorporated in to the Classic Series November 15-16, 1998.

Classic Golf Corp. plans to continue with its strategy of growth via expansion and acquisition and is continually reviewing acquisition opportunities as they are presented to it. The Company is looking to conclude high level negotiations regarding major sponsorship of the New York tournament. The enormous potential afforded the event with the consolidation of the new sponsor was enough reason for the Company to reschedule the NY event from September 1998 to a future date that offers the most promotional opportunities for the sponsor and the Classic Series. The NY event will represent the coming of age of the Classic Series, and will showcase the standard of events that will make up the series from that point forward. The flexibility the Company has been able to demonstrate in these recent negotiations will prove to be one of the Series major assets.

Classic Golf corp. has set about building a team of marketing and operational partners to assist in building the Classic Series from the very beginning and is taking large strides towards adding new members to its impressive lineup as you read this bulletin. We believe that Classic Golf Corp. is poised to move to the next level with the expansion and development of the Classic Series and this will be reflected over the next 12 months as the Series adds major sponsorship, increased television exposure and players from the regular PGA tour.

Thank you for your continued support and interest in Classic Golf Corp., a company we believe possesses both a solid base and the business strategy to meet the challenges of growth and expansion, resulting in considerable upside potential. Please fill out the enclosed fax response sheet and fax to Millennium Holdings at (561)988-0815 to be put on the fax/E-mail lists and be kept up to date on our advances.

Yours sincerely,

Damian Loth
President
