I see no problem with that..it is still the web that sold the product...I feel that its fair to call that a web sell. IMO

I find it hard to believe that once a customers calls and uses a voice connection to make the order they go back to the web to finish the order up. If DELL says those are web sales they are web sales, with no personal in between.
