Ms. Shell,
You truely have nothing but hype to offer this thread, do you? Please strain to understand. The defendants did not show up in court for the hearing. Yes, they were served and the company has reciepts of service. They opted to default. So, Ms. Shell, they are in default, meaning they weren't in court to hear the court's decision. The court will now serve them the TRO's. Do you understand now?
