Interesting article - I recall there were a number of people commenting on the IMF recovery attempts as being poorly designed - and many of those comments were coming from the very countries the IMF was trying to help.

Some candid admissions from the IMF - seems they were throwing good money after bad. With Clinton calling on the G7 now, it seems ro me things are really looking grim. Going to be an interesting few months.
