paul, i understand the difficulty in sorting hype from potential. i don't expect anyone knows all the answers. it would be unfortunate to miss a ground floor opportunity just because it looked too unbelievable. but it doesn't cost anything to 'be prepared'. if the pieces fall into place (those being the pieces you need for your own investment style) then you'll still be in early. if the pieces don't fall into place you lose nothing but a little time on this thread - and you're already here so that's also a no-loss situation. so keep your skepticism - just don't be blinded by it. regards.

gary

You have no credibility with me or with most long term holders of DGIV. If you don't like the share don't buy it. If you have it and are unhappy with it, sell it. Coming on and on and on always bashing this share without an explicit agenda beyond the bashing itself have confirmed suspicion about your motives: a) you are a mentaly unstable person or b) you have an economic interest in the decline in value of this share.

You mix opinions of individuals posting on this thread, with the OTC Bulletin Board directory, with a 2 1/2 month delay with the SB-10, with an opinion on meals for peasants in Indonesia. You are wrong. You don't add anything of value.

I think you should do some home work on what is going on in the back ground. This is a small company working very hard to get out of the BB world. We are trying very hard to help this Company. I as a larger stock holder wish you would leave. If you have stock and want to sell PM me. I will try to help you out. If I do please leave us alone we don't need your type of help.. YOU HAVE SOMETHING IN MIND BESIDE THE GOOD OF DGIV. To the people who are in this for the long run. Good luck to you. I'm still holding all my stock. I'm trying very hard in other ways to make sure we make it. We are not trying to pump or are we dumping this stock. I will have the same or more stock when every thing is said and done. In fact I added thursday ,and friday to my holdings. I have 775,000 sh of MTEI. I'm not happy about it. I'm not going to cast DGIV in the same way. If you are trying to tell us DGIV is a piece of Cra- ? we get your message. You should get a life. We are all grown up on this thread. You have given us a good education on how to be an as- hol-. So give us a break so we can help Jimmy Chin the best we can. TO ALL MY FRIENDS I HAVE NOT POSTED IN DAYS DO TO THIS TYPE OF BS... Have a great evening to all.. I'll buy your stock just PM me...

Good Morning Mr Paul McGinnis:

First off, I want to thank you for following my wishes back on September 2 when I asked you not to publicly attack my statements and my belief in my Psychic.

Second, we all have different opinions and beliefs and one beauty of the Internet is that it allows people from all different backgrounds and experience to interact with each other and provide a forum for open debate and discussion of issues. I believe I stand alone when I say that I applaud you for standing up for what you believe and not backing off when confronted in a negative way by some of the dgiv flamethrowers. You have a right to your opinion and to express it. And others have a right to say what they believe. For the record, I do NOT believe that anyone on the Net has the right to use profanity or to publicly denigrate or humiliate others. Again, I applaud you for keeping your cool and professional manner in the face of name calling and mudslinging.

So, please continue to post. Although I don't agree with many of your thoughts and conclusions, I do find them entertaining and a good presentation of the "other" side of the coin. I am a die-hard dgiv loyalist but, as an educator and a business professional, I welcome hearing both the "pro's" as well as the "cons" of the issues. This fosters growth and a better understanding of the issues.

Mr McGinnis, I know a firestorm is going to be lashed out at me over my encouragement of your activities, but I think this needed to be said. Open discussion of all issues, good and bad, provides the type of open environment we need for new investors to look at us as having nothing to hide and willing to discuss what can and should be done better.

I believe your intentions are good and you are trying to help people to open their eyes to the whole picture.

Thank you for the fine job you have beend doing.

Sincerely,

Larry Bryant
