Laurie,

PTEN hit the 8 1/16 target. That likely represents a bit of a short-term overbought condition so I wouldn't expect it to hit 8 7/16 today. Now it will need some consolidation (read, "continuation pattern"). Watch for a break out from that (which also implies a break down from that if you're inclined to take it short).
