Good point. Here is what the press release said:
DGIV announced today that it will participate with Natural MicroSystems at CT Expo '98 at Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, September 23 - 25, 1998.

"Joining with Natural MicroSystems as an Alliance Partner at this Expo will provide Digitcom with a timely opportunity to demonstrate our IntraVoice IP phone gateway to interested European parties, and to answer inquiries from Wall Street that may follow the Company's 10-SB filing with the SEC," said Jimmy Chin, Digitcom CEO.

This means that the 23rd is the due date stated in the PR. Earlier is better, of course, but the 23rd is the date implied by the company.

Also, to put events in proper context is important. The SB10 is an important event, in that it makes DGIV an SEC reporting company, and facilitates the DD that must be done by individuals and institutions that may want to invest. But this is only the kickoff event. Along with that comes a rollout demo of their technology, linking NY and potential customers in Europe. This begins the public awareness of what Digitcom can do -- provide voice and data services across the Atlantic at much cheaper rates.

So the SB10 and what follows is what I consider a big confidence booster, that raises the level of awareness and comfort associated with this company, in that the high risk that is present now should be reduced substantially.
