Dean: Thank you for responding, and re-posting the previous information about the company.

A reading of the Kaire International SEC postings might help to put things in perspective.

Your note seemed to imply that another IPO was contemplated, when you referred to "all" IPO's. Could you clarify.

As I understand it, the purpose of the IPO is to pay off indebtedness. That applies to both Kaire International and Kaire Holdings. I don't have a clear picture of what is left over for new investments. Funds raised depends on what the final determination is of the price offering for the IPO, and the success in filling the subscription.

Kaire Holdings recently had an option to purchase more shares of Kaire International. The option expired because Kaire Holdings was reportedly unable to raise the funds to make the acquisition. This was an attempt to restore, in part, their previous holdings. They had to give up a previous position when they could not fulfill their committment to pay funds to Kaire International.
