I was hoping that someone would read and educate me on this crucial point. Negative CASH FLOW for a quarter, as we know, isn't taken lightly by short term "investors." Over several quarters, it's not taken lightly by long term investors unless we're talking about a company in its R&D phase. However..

As you say,"we need to keep the facts straight."
As you are still long on MRVC, may I assume that the Statement of Operations dated Nov. '96 and the loss of earnings for that quarter didn't "burn" you in terms of thinking the company's accounting something less than "straight?"
