So you're saying anytime somebody looses when asserting a privilege for the court to consider, and then complies fully with the court's decision, that that person has committed a crime? Or abused his office or other position?

That is absurd. It will go nowhere. The argument is a good illustration of Starr's blinded and unbalanced zealousness. Though I haven't liked Starr much for some time, it very much surprised me that the made the argument.
