Mr. Jihad, Can you fax me the "judgement" from the Sept. 10th "arbitration hearing Ms. Shell and Mr.Mitchell claim. Can you verify that claim? Do you endorse that claim? Was it you who fed them the information they are posting on S.I.? Why did you choose to 'litigate' this on SI as opposed to in a court of law? RB

Mr.Jihad, What is your current relationship with Mr. Shur? After Mr. Shur left Wellrich 5/97 , wellrich could not deal securities, so your contract with AZNT was null & void. No contract, no contract to break, no arbitration. How many shares did Mr. Shurr short AZNT? Who rec'd commissions from sales of stock after Mr. Shur left Wellrich? RB

Jihad, yep. No fool would spend all their time constantly looking for dirt to exploit (ie. never saying anything positive and the shareholder is always wrong) if they had no (short) interest at stake. Nobody's that stupid. Can the truth ever be positive for the shareholder? Is their illegal shorting which occurs on the BB including AZNT which hurts long investors all the time? Only if I had a significant short position would I bother behaving they way they have all day, all night, and all weekend long for months. BTW, why is it that, as you claim which I believe is BS, that they work the thread bashing, picking fights with shareholders, and looking for negatives to post on all because they want the truth. IMO, the truth hurts you and them; and that is why you all must behave this way 24 hours a day. Rich_1

I can't speak for anyone else, but I would actually be shocked to hear the truth ... unless you are going to next state for the record that there was indeed a judgement issued in your favor and that you fully support the contentions put forth by Mitchell, Shell and others ... and BTW, if these folks are not paid bashers, which ones are? An inquiring public wants to know. We are not asking what AZNT knows, we want you to confirm or deny, specifically, "Who is paid?" and where is the judgement? You Sir, are doing an excellent job of hanging your friends, (associates, or co-horts, or whatever) out to dry. Should we consider your silence on this matter as an admission or having engineered the fabrication of a very poor legend? Hogger
