Actually my question is quite simple. When CYBG acquired Tradewave it was for cash plus royalties on some income related to future sales of the Tradewave line. My interest is in understanding what sales are taxed with the royalties. Does it apply to all Tradewave Developed Products?, Existing customers prior to CYBG purchasing Tradewave?, OASIS customers only?, or simply put, WHAT TRADEWAVE ACTIVITIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE ROYALTIES. Certainly any product line subjected to outside profit sharing would require some negotiation to sell off.

Thanks D.
