having fun.....playing no games...only pointing fingers at those to blame... Ernst and Young reported the following: " The lack of segregation of duties over the cash disbursement functions." "Failure to provide adequate DOCUMENTION to support the business purpose of certain SIGNIFICANT TRANSACTIONS with RELATED parties" "The lack of monitoring controls over operations of it's foreign subsidiaries" Besides when a company decides to hire a new firm they dont do it a week before a 10-Q is due and the new firm is usually hired before the old one is released ...lets use some common sense here... They also dont announce it the day before numbers are due... Besides what is up with this clown Vic Grover doesnt he cover any other stocks and for a guy who claims he has no position he sure like s to re-iterate his re-iterations every other day. There goes his earnings targets...poof
