Major insider sales at VECO! Insidertrader.com lists some new 144 filings: insidertrader.com The free stuff indicates that 7 VECO insiders filed to sell 141,252 shares in August, with a transaction value of $3,910,147. This is the first insider selling since May 1987. The 7 insiders have codes of C,V,A,A,O,V,F. Is this the Chairman, a 2 VPs, an Outside Director, the CFO, and 2 others with code "A"? Quite a group, and the quantity is 1% of the company...... Carl
