To All: This is from Fortune on DELL earnings to continue to grow at 40%. - sorry if it had been posted before
pathfinder.com
go over to the loose change

"I spoke with CS First Boston's Mike Kwatinetz, who notes that "the market's negative psychology has nothing to do with what's going on in tech. I expect Dell's earnings to grow by 40% over the next 12 months, and I think Microsoft will also post great numbers." He adds that Intel should outperform the broader market, but he "wouldn't put it into the same category as Microsoft or Dell."....

.........and a bit about Kurliak and Intel.......

OTOT
Don't forget the fishing dock and the boathouse with bunk beds and a fireplace so Pat can have a home too(finally)(gg)
A barbeque with an electric rotisserie so you don't have to turn the handle all the time. Make life easier.
Donnie old chap, Jan and I are in state of shock over Dell's performance, it leaves me speechless, stunned, over what we made today on a mere 1 5/8 point rise. Thirty years ago I was the rocket scientist that Mohan mentioned. My big hope is that young guys( like yourself)Hahaha, make enough to put the money to use in the best way Michael has done, to make jobs for others, which BTW, you are doing by building the house!!
I also hope the thread members realize how incredibly rare Dell is as an investment, might compare it to the old Ford, IBM, RCA in their heydays. Compared to intc, msft, ge, it may not stand out, but just
compare it to other major stocks which "average"(or averaging) investors own---ba,noc, bac, cci, or any fund you care to mention.
Went short on Dis today- take her down(g)Glub Glub Glub

Good Show, Venkie! We're all happy for you and proud of you! Just be sure there's a little place for the Bluebird of Happiness to make his nest.
