BRAVO to the LEGAL DEPARTMENT! DIGITCOM IS LEGIT and Will ABIDE by the Rules of Business! GO JIMMY GO! Digitcom, by this release, publically acknowleges that they have a MOU, and that it understands the legal ramifications surrounding forward looking releases. This release is a "safe harbor statement" that was missing from the previous release. Excellent Job again...now we can move on to other items for discussion such as what does the NMSS co-Release with SUN Micro mean to DGIV? I think it means that by partnering with NMSS, DGIV, will have acess to the latest State of The Art technology that will indeed be inter-operable with NT/UNIX and now SUN Platforms... another plus at least that is my thinking. r1
