Pat, if last week's pronouncement that they are still going to meet the former projection on earnings is correct, they should be cash flow positive, is the fact that they told you that they are cash flow neutral an indication that they are actually going to have a loss? In a "cash flow neutral" situation it means that the post tax depreciation charge equal the incurred losses. That of course, assume no change in working capital such as inventories and receivables. Of course, I should mention that their cash flow neutrality could also be due to increases in the last two items without an actual loss, but if sales are trending down, these items on the balance sheet should actually trend down as well.
