Let me ask you a question what kind of a company loses the ir auditors and doesnt already have one lined up... how comfortable are you with the numbers ..I hope they show 25 cents a share I still dont believe one cent of them ...you have Significant transactions that have taken pplace, an acquisition tht is a money loser and somehow the earnings improve...let me remind you of a compny with the sumbol VIST...PaineWebber analysts started recommending it... but in the end the numbers all ahd to be restated... every company who lose a big six always says it wass toi save money........Why dont you adress the reasons given in the 8-k filed today
