Sorry to see you go. It has and is one of the finest programs I have encountered on the net.

Vince

I am a user of Real Time Trader who started out using the delayed version then switched to real time. I plan to continue using Real Time Trader but would like to also use the delayed version to follow certain stocks. Since I was a user of your service, I thought the user name and password would still be valid but when I logged in to amy.kanisa.com and cindy.kanisa.com (using the RT software per a posting from Carole of NAQ) I got a message indicating an invalid user name and password. I then went to the Kanisa site and registered using my original user name and password. When I submitted the information, I got a server error.

Am I out of luck as far as being able to use your service or can my user name and password be restored?

Thanks, Steve
