You know, Cliff, I am perfectly willing to listen to opinions about stocks as long as there is some fundamental backup to what one has to say. When I wonder about this, I often look at what other threads people post to and what types of things they say. Knowing nothing about Mountain Energy (which was the first thread I noticed you have posted on other than FNTN), I looked up the symbol but noticed it had been delisted. I did find the news listing here, though: Mountain Energy Inc. Makes AnnouncementHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 17, 1998--Mountain Energy announces today that all employees have been discharged as a result of the company's inability to obtain adequate funding to continue operations, that its current management has resigned, and that the company's corporate documents are being delivered to the United States Securities & Exchange Commission for safe keeping until new management can be elected by the company's shareholders. To which I notice that you posted today:Just be patient people. When the press releases come out we'll have the last laugh! I'm taking these times as excellent buying opportunites. Once this baby goes higher than a dollar we will have the last laugh! Just sit back and relax! It is ironic that you seem to be on the MTEI thread just like all the people you question on the FNTN thread. How can you even question FNTN and its management when you cannot even realize that MTEI is most likely over with? ...When the press releases come out... ???? Hmm, it last traded at $0.01 per share. Perhaps you are brilliant and have some contra stock picking secret that no one has ever discovered yet and I am wrong. But I doubt it. Until that time I think all who read this thread would appreciate if you would stop being a barb in people's side. How anyone could be so positive about something like MTEI and so negative about something like FNTN has me flabbergasted. Perhaps you can explain it to me. I value all comments of substance (both positive and negative) to this thread. Perhaps when you have some substance and some credibility, people will value your comments more. Until then, I look at your posts as a simple waste of bandwidth, nothing more.
