Is Sept. 17 a turning point up or down?? Do you expect a sharp downturn in the next few days - to bottom on Sept. 17?

Ed, your amazing! will the turning point for the market on the 17th happen anytime around 1300hrs? <G> now to qualify for the Kreskin amazing catagorey you have to predict rate cut or not, and if so 1/4pt--1/2pt ? I still don't believe in predictions,(charting ect.) but it does help in class to sit next a person who's done thier homework!
