So, what we have here is a scam? I should feel privileged to at last have one in my portfolio.

What I have are 15,000 shares tucked away at an average of .36. Nothing enormous...yet something, no?

Gee whiz...I wonder why the company won't answer my e-mails? Why don't the nice promoters who used to e-mail me and send me PMs on SI want to tell me to be alert to good news any day now, the way they used to.

I thought of selling at .75-.80, but I thought hey!...that's over a double for me...but not big money, so I just left it alone.

So I guess if I am miffed, I am miffed on principle....now I keep it as a reminder, and as such that is where its real value lies: if I am miffed, it is not the company's fault; it is mine.

...:-)cd

But MBHC did publish audited financial data which showed the shares outstanding and didn't show any shares "being sold out the backdoor." I too am concerned for further dilution when the company has access to a hugh fund assets. On the plus side Ray has made enormous progress in putting together diversified financial deals and I appreciate his aggressive management style. Granted we don't know the details of those aggreements - does GE and IBM share all the details? I like the fact that the company has sought and will receive independent evaluation by an uninterested third party. I expect MBHC will continue to provide audited financial data. I remain long FAMH!!!
