"eyes twinkling"

Twinkle Twinkle eyes of Bill,
So many back your presence still.
Up till now stonewall and lie.
In Ken Starr's face throw one more pie.
Your spindoctors are sounding shrill,
But noise will not impeachment kill.

Darleen: Yeah, but did you see how hard it was for Clinton to suppress a smirk when he was saying his Mea Culpas on TV. Watch for the head turned slightly away from camera center. When Clinton is lying he involuntarily smiles. He knows he's putting one over on half the public. I'd guess it gives him such a feeling of power that he has to smile despite himself.

Watch closely. He's not folding the lower lip under the upper teeth in a show of determination, he's biting it to keep from laughing out loud over the jerks he's suckering.
