All: Many are the events swirling around us that could lead to more market debacles; none so much as the specter of war in the midst of financial chaos.

Iran/Afghaniston/Pakistan
Today, after the market closed, the conflict between Iran and Afghanistan/Pakistan ratcheted up yet again. 200,000 Iranian troops have been amassed at the border. 8 Iranian diplomats have been killed. Blood will be shed in vengence.

Bosnia
Entire refugee camps emptied, the people forced back to the rubble of their homes, only to see the war reignite in their midst almost immediately today.

South Korea
A missle fired over Japan and the first deployment of B-52 bombers outside of the US since the gulf war in response.

This is serious stuff folks. And all the while Billy fiddles with his you-know-what and Chelsea refuses to ride in limosines with Military personnel in them, once saying "Our familiy doesn't like the Military," when asked for a reason.

And so....while our Commander in Chief lobbies for Congress to kill the Missile Defense Bill ( chicagotribune.com ), he plays with his own missile.

The bill failed to pass by one vote last week.

So our cities, my children and yours will continue to be defenseless against attack by nuclear missiles from rogue terrorist states.
