good point about MOU indicating that we are close to a contract and that final negotiations are taking place! More importantly, this is only a clarification of the first release and does not indicate any change in the current situation. A clarification is NOT a retraction/withdrawal/deletion,etc....it just indicates that the company is cognizant of the fact that it wants to take care of the smallest details in its announcements, as befitting a company with "big league" aspirations.
