PAR, I don't think tax loss selling will be that big of a factor since losses are already so great most people who have losses have bailed. Margin calls have also cleaned out many others. Read the PCMS postings on Yahoo by detwiler98 as this gives an excellent update about prospects for the company. I believe the current price has factored in almost all negative factors about PCMS but institutional selling has driven the stock to new lows. Better performance today as PCMS labors to form a bottom. Undervalued IMHO but some patience will be required for big returns. Karl
