Regarding the Laws of the State of Nevada regarding Public Companies.

This is a sound bite from the SEC's report on Microcap Fraud. This does not suggest that AZNT is a fault, simply that there must be significant differences in the Nevada State Law that is of concern to the Commission in regards to the issuance of shares

I. Background Information on Microcap Fraud

Commission examiners are also scrutinizing the records of microcap issuers maintained by registered transfer agents, located predominantly in Utah and Nevada, to detect irregularities in the issuance and transfer of shares.

Cav, please see if you haven't already my later post #reply-5736522 . I believe that AZNT is more correctly a UT corporation, domiciled in NV.
