Marvin:

I talked to Susan at Sunrise yesterday. She indicated that all the patients in the Phase 111 have been treated and they are waiting for followup on the procedure. This could take some time to complete. They are working on the PMA which should be submitted to FDA this fall with expected final approval late 1999. She said everything is going fine and no problems as far as she has heard. I think the previous post concerns the trial using the procedure to correct the errors using the LASIK for nearsightedness. This is another procedure for which Sunrise is seeking FDA approval.
