Is there a way for the management to acquire a company (big or small, private or public) without shareholders' votes? What has happened between TLAB and CIEN definitely left severe damage in the images of both companies, especially when it comes to the acquisition game.

The funny thing is when dust settles, TLAB may still want to buy CIEN, just for one more try...
